Allan JospehDIXONDicka Lynemouth Anne, Lynn and Aidan, Allan and Ali, Rochelle, Elise, Aaliyah and Brodie would like to thank all our friends, relatives and neighbours, especially Tommy Mullaney, for all the overwhelming support shown over the years of Allan's illness. For all the many cards of condolence and beautiful floral tributes we have received. The Viking ship by Sarah's florists of Ashington was amazing! We would also like to thank Dr N Warren and the Parkinson's nurses at the RVI for all their care, the doctors and staff at Wellway Lynemouth and the staff at Lynemouth pharmacy, also everyone on ward 4 at Cramlington Hospital and ward 1 at Wansbeck General Hospital who nursed him with such loving care and all our Parkinson's family. Thank you to Peter Grenfell Funeral Directors, Ashington for excellent funeral arrangements, The Reverend Mina Munns for her most comforting service and Trevor Gould for reading the eulogy. We would also like to thank everyone for their generous donations to Parkinson's U.K. and all the many wonderful people of Lynemouth who turned out to pay their respects to Allan as he left the village for the final time, he would have been so humbled.
